Keto Jalapeño Popper Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz canned diced jalapeños, drained or fresh jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
4. Stir in the diced jalapeños, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Add the cooked ground beef to the mixture and stir until well combined.
6. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
7. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
